Lemon Meringue Pie

On the weekend I went to my friends house and her dad showed me how to make Lemon Meringue Pie. It tasted really good. It is basically a vanilla biscuit crumble on the bottom with smooth creamy lemony cream. On top I put a foamy meringue spread with curly lemon zests on top. It tasted really good for my first lemon meringue pie. It took a while since I was just learning it. The mixing was really fun because I love mixing but what I love even more is mixing with a whisk. Even though it takes a lot of time to whisk I love it because it is what they used to do in the olden days. But the best bit of cooking this is licking the tools you used.

    I've never tried making lemon meringue pie before! You said that it took a while, but was is pretty easy? Have you tried it again? Are you planning on making an all dessert cookbook or will you have some meal ideas as well?

    It did take a long time but it was really easy.
    It tasted really good at the end.
    I haven't tried it again.
    I am making a baking book but I will not have any meal ideas.
